<p>PURPOSE: A vacuum evaporation collecting method and an apparatus thereof are provided to simplify a heat evaporation collecting work of valuable metal and realize a high efficient work of the heat evaporation collecting work. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum evaporation collecting method comprises the following steps. A collecting unit collects valuable metal by attaching and accumulating evaporation materials which are generated by a process. The collecting unit is installed in a vacuum path(1). A receiving unit receives collected metal. A collecting can(2) is installed downward in a lower surface of the vacuum path.</p> |
