Provided is an IC tag system which can perform transfer of an access method to an IC tag and assure data validity of an IC tag only between authorized users. An IC tag system includes: a data write-in device having a password encryption unit (130), a signature generation unit (140), and a data write-in unit which communicates with an IC tag (30) so as to write data and an encrypted password into the IC tag (30) and sets an access limit to the data written into the IC tag (30) by the password; and a data read-in device having a password decoding unit (230), a signature verification unit (240), and a data read-in unit (250) which communicates with the IC tag (30) so as to read-in the data and the encrypted password from the IC tag (30) and releases the access limit to the data by the decrypted password. |
