PURPOSE: A device for preventing myopia progression is provided to reduce fatigue of eyes, and to offer adjusting movement effects by converting a focus of glasses at a constant interval with power of a computer. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing myopia progression includes the followings: a main body(10) installed at an inner body, and formed to a glasses shape; a driving motor(21) generating driving force by power; a motor housing(20) having a pinion(22) combined with a rotary shaft of the driving motor; a guide part(30) in which a pair of first space parts(31) are formed; a pair of adjusting lens(41) corresponding to the first space part, and combined with the guide part; an operation part(40) in which a rack(43) combined with the pinion is formed; and a cover(50) preventing components from being detached.
