PURPOSE: A plate molding method for supporting material having high load and a product manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture a plate having uniform compressive strength and excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: A plate molding method for supporting material having high load comprises following steps. The both holders are placed at the location for supporting a reinforcing member within a cavity(300). The molten resin is poured in the cavity at constant thickness(310). The reinforcing member is mounted on the holder(320). The molten resin is again applied at the constant thickness on the top of the reinforcing member to embed the reinforcing member with the molten resin(330). The pressure is applied on the top of the molten resin(340). The holder is separated from a fixing member by moving the holder in the direction to make both holders distant(350). A partition mold frame is set up in a space generated by the movement of the holder(360). The molten resin is solidified by pressurizing the molten resin with the pressure which is higher than the pressure applied on the molten resin(370). The solidified molded product is taken out from a low die(380).
