LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY FILTER AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display filter and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to shield external noise causing a malfunction of a liquid display device by combing a touch panel with the liquid crystal panel and functioning as a filter and data input. CONSTITUTION: In a liquid crystal display filter and a liquid crystal display device having the same, a base substrate(100) is arranged at the front of the LCD panel. An optic filter unit includes at least an anti-reflective layer while being laminated on the base substrate. A signal sensing unit(110) is laminated on the base substrate or the optic filter unit and it senses a touch signal by a user. The liquid crystal display panel is formed at an opposite side and includes an anti-fog layer.
