摘要 Systems and methods herein provide for a compiler to create executable programs for a compound instruction based processor directly from flowcharts. In one embodiment, a system receives one or more flowchart diagram files that represent a computer program for a Compound CISC (CCISC) processor. The system identifies a flowchart symbol in the one or more flowchart diagram files, identifies a computing category for the flowchart symbol, and generates one or more CCISC instructions based on the computing category for execution by the CCISC processor. Further, the one or more CCISC instructions generated by the flowchart compiler direct the CCISC processor to access and operate on at least two data values in a multi-channel memory during the same clock cycle.
