PURPOSE: A hot plate welding device of a vehicle glove box and a method thereof are provided to form a plurality of multi-directional ribs. CONSTITUTION: A hot plate welding device of a vehicle glove box comprises upper/lower jigs(50,60) which support a heated member and are detachably fixed to upper/lower fixing plates(20). The hot plate welding device includes a heating plate(30), corresponding to the upper/lower jigs, a heating plate supporting stand(32) for heating the heating plate, and a heating plate conveying unit. The upper or lower jig consists of a plurality of sub jigs which have height variable on the upper/lower fixing plates.
