PURPOSE: A flash memory data recording method and a flash memory are provided to record a block where data is recorded or data about whether a page is valid inside the flash memory. CONSTITUTION: A flash memory data recording method comprises the following steps of: setting up a data block area(310) in which data desired by a host is recorded and a log block area(320) in which log data about whether the data block is valid is recorded by a page unit; recording data in the data block area; and recording a log block page corresponding to the log data.
