PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an adhesive composition of spray type for preventing harmful insect is provided to produce the composition which can easily catch even small harmful insect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an adhesive composition of spray for preventing harmful insect comprises: a step of adding 30-40 weight% of hydrocarbon resin, 1-5 weight% of paraffin oil, 13-25 weight% of polybutene, 0.5-1 weight% of anti-aging agent, and 20-30 weight% of cyclohexan then maturing for 50-70 minutes; a step of stirring the mixture at 45-50 rpm for 110 to 130 minutes; a step of adding 15-35 weight% of styreneisoprenstyrene (SIS) rubber then stirring at 45-50 rpm for 220 to 260 minutes; a step of adding 20-30 weight% of isohexane and stirring at 45-50rpm for 25 to 35 minutes; a step of adding 50-55 weight% of mixture and 45-50 weight% of sprying gas (DME) then sealing. |
