PURPOSE: A separable test tube comprising first, second, and third tubes for a centrifuge is provided to enable an operator to separate the third tube from the whole test tube after the centrifugation, thereby preventing the separated supernatant from being re-mixed. CONSTITUTION: A separable test tube for a centrifuge comprises a first tube, second tube(300), third tube, first watertight member, second watertight member, first packing, and a second packing. The first tube comprises a first joint(210) with a first screw thread thereon, and a second joint(230), where an adjusting portion is mounted and fixed. The second tube comprises a first body with a first packing coupler formed thereon, and a third joint(310) including a third screw thread and second groove on its outer circumference. The third tube includes a second space, second body with a second packing coupler thereon, and a fourth joint with a fourth screw thread engaged with the second screw thread.
