A method for obtaining a juice-containing drink using natural aromatizers includes washing, separating from pedicels, freezing, defrosting, pressing, mixing with sugar syrup and natural aromatizers. A concentrate of aromas from raw natural material obtained by physical methods (vacuumizing, biotreatment, SHF-drying) is used as the aromatizers. Further mixing is carried out in a ratio juice:syrup:aromatizer - 1:1:0.02, pasteurizing, packing and preserving and marketing. |
