A method of phase-wound rotor calibration for determination of core loss in stator packs of electric machines comprises voltage supply to the magnetizing rotor winding, determination of direction of magnetic field rotation generating by this winding, and bringing the rotor rotates in direction opposite to magnetic field rotation. Electric circuit of the phase-wound rotor magnetizing winding is calculated for any number of poles of electric motor groups of the same dimensions and core length of stator and rotor. Voltage to the phase-wound rotor magnetising winding is supplied from a three-phase power source of variable frequency. By means of the frequency changing, synchronous rotation speeds of magnetic fields for the group of electric motors, which correspond to poles number provided for the group, are obtained. Direction of magnetic field rotation is determined for each rotation speed with which rotor is rotated when calibrating, but in direction being opposite magnetic field rotation. |
