摘要 There is disclosed a complex for testing of aircraft assemblies, which contains a room of tests, a room of fuels and lubricants, a room of operators, a switch room and auxiliary rooms, in the case in the room of tests aircraft assemblies and drives are located, which are fastened on a load frame, a system of operation of aircraft assemblies and a measuring system of the parameters of operation of aircraft assemblies, supply communications, equipment for gas bleed, manometers, thermocouples, safety valves, temperature sensors/transducers and other accessory equipment, in the room of fuels and lubricants tanks, pumps, pump drives, filters, supply communications and other accessory equipment are located, in the room of operators panels of control and monitoring and other equipment are located, by means of which control of the modes of tests of aircraft assemblies, observation, measurement and recording the parameters of tests is performed, moreover the system of operation of aircraft assemblies includes a fuel system, a hydraulic system, a feed system of oil, an electrical system, a feed system of cooling fluid and a feed system of air, the fuel system includes fuel tanks, pumps, pump drives, filters, electrically controlled valves and supply communications, the hydraulic system includes the tanks for hydraulic fluid, hydraulic accumulators, hydraulic pumps, pump drives, filters and supply communications, the oil system includes tanks, pumps, pump drives, filters and subsystem of preservation of oil cavities, the electrical system includes a subsystem of starting and control, a subsystem of the users of alternating current, a subsystem of users of direct current, a subsystem of signaling and blockings, and a subsystem of oscillography of the parameters, the cooling fluid system includes a tank for cooling fluid, pumps, pump drives, filters, a subsystem of circulation of cooling fluid and supply communications, the system of operation of aircraft assemblies additionally contains a subsystem of oxygen feed and a drain subsystem.
