PURPOSE: A mold for molding a cooking vessel is provided to make forming operation of the cooking vessel for an induction range easy by steadily holding a stainless plate inside the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold for molding a cooking vessel comprises top and bottom molds(2,4), a material feed part(6) and a fixing member(8). The top and bottom molds are assembled and separated each other. The top and bottom molds have a forming space. The material feed part injects formation material into the forming space of the top and bottom molds. The fixing member absorbs and fixes one side of a stainless plate on bottom of the forming space.
