FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: as an active component the composition contains alkyl either of 2-hydroxy-2-(4-methylaminephenyl)-3,3,3-trifluoropropionic acid or its salts with ethyl either of 2-hydroxy-2-(4-methylaminephenyl)-3,3,3-trifluoropropionic acid or its hydrochloride or phosphate in the amount of (0.1-0.0001 wt %) being used as the above salts, and water.
