FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measuring the voltage of track under control prior to arrival of the train onto adjacent track line with unoccupied controlled and adjacent track lines, to determine insulance from aforesaid voltage. Then the voltage of occupied line of controlled track circuit is measured for the period of its entire occupancy. The voltage above allows determining minimum magnitude of voltage. Magnitudes of insulance and minimum voltage allow determining the train shunt resistance. Proposed device comprises track generator, track circuit, matching transformers, bandpass filter, ADC, synch generator and permanent programmable memory comprising additionally track relays, registers and trigger. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
