FIELD: heat engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to the turbulising unit design and can be used in different heat exchanging pipes of industrial heat exchangers. The turbulising unit for a heat exchanging pipe comprises swirling blades which are streamlined by the heat carrier flow and are rigidly fixed on the axis with the specified interval; the swirling blades are made as rectangular plates with sharp edges, the central part of the plates is placed parallel to the flow and the ends are turned at the angle of 15-45 grad in respect to each other; the swirling blades are set along the pipe length with the interval of 1-5 inner pipe diametres. ^ EFFECT: proposed turbulising unit for a heat exchanging pipe ensures reduction of hydraulic resistance of the heat carrier flowing inside the pipe and intensification of the heat exchanging process along with simple design. ^ 1 dwg
