FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluid phase separator comprises cylindrical housing divided into three compartments by difference-height webs, i.e. gravity separation compartment, light phase separation compartment and heavy phase separation compartment. Housing top accommodates mix intake union and degassing gas discharge union. Gravity separation compartment bottom accommodates phase interface level indicator. Light phase compartment is furnished with light phase discharge union, while heavy phase compartment is provided with heavy phase discharge union. Heavy phase compartment accommodates adjustable overflow tube consisting of branch pipe and movable tube arranged inside the branch pipe to move relative to it. Aforesaid movable tube has vertical openings arranged at its top side surfaces, while tube bottom has vertical cutout to interact with guide screw. There is a nut rigidly fixed at the tube top. There is a sleeve arranged at heavy phase compartment top, along overflow tube, to accommodate adjusting screw interacting with movable tube. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation. ^ 2 dwg |
