The decoding of encrypted data is made impossible to prevent the leakage of the data. An encrypted data obtained by the encryption of processing subject data are comprised of header data (501) and many encrypting cutoff data (502). When a decoding processing device decodes the encrypted data encrypted by an encryption processing device, the decoding processing device uses a solution used in encrypting the encrypted data and the file name of the encrypted data. In the present invention a region corresponding to the file name of the header (501) on which the file name of the encrypted data is recorded is deleted or destroyed by overwriting at just the right time to make the decoding of the encrypted data impossible.
