The device has a trident type head support (2) made of aluminum and fixed at top of a support structure (1). The head support has a horizontal support provided with two vertical teats at its ends. A head climate sensor i.e. main anemometer (6A), and another head climate sensor (6B) are fixed at the ends of the horizontal support. The vertical teats are adjustable in height such that the head climate sensors are clearly above the top of the structure.
