<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and an apparatus for deciding the rolling order in hot rolling, and a method of and a device for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel plate by which the bend of a rolled stock in a hot-rolling process is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of deciding the rolling order in the hot rolling, by calculating one-side burn evaluation quantity which becomes a standard of the temperature difference in the width direction of a slab, which is generated in a heating stage with a heating furnace about each slab before a plurality of slabs are charged into the heating furnace and calculating the value of a performance function by the performance function which includes the sum total of the calculated one-side burn evaluation quantity of the plurality of the slabs in at least one term, the rolling order of the slab is decided so that the value of the performance function is minimum. The apparatus for deciding the rolling order in the hot rolling is provided with a means for calculating the rolling order by the method of deciding the rolling order and, in the method of manufacturing the hot-rolled steel plate, the rolling is performed in the rolling order which is obtained by the above method of deciding the rolling order. The device for manufacturing the hot-rolled steel plate is provided with the heating furnace and a rolling mill and the above apparatus for deciding the rolling order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
