PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spherical low-melting point glass composition powder having high sphericity. SOLUTION: The method includes a pulverizing process for obtaining a glass powder by pulverizing a low-melting point glass composition having a glass transition point of 350-500°C and a softening point of 400-600°C and a spheroidizing process for melt-spheroidizing by spraying the glass powder into a flame, and is characterized by including a surface treatment process where an organosilazane is made into contact with the surface of the glass powder after the pulverizing process and before the spheroidizing process.
