PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spherical low-melting point glass composition powder having high sphericity. SOLUTION: The method includes a pulverizing process for obtaining a glass powder by pulverizing a low-melting point glass composition having a glass transition point of 350-500°C and a softening point of 400-600°C and a spheroidizing process for melt-spheroidizing by spraying the glass powder into a flame, and is characterized by including a surface treatment process where an organosilazane is made into contact with the surface of the glass powder after the pulverizing process and before the spheroidizing process. The quantity of an organosilazane to be made into contact is preferably 0.005-0.5 mass% on the basis of the mass of glass powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
