EXERCISE AIDING APPARATUS

An exercise aiding apparatus comprising a seat (2) on which a user sits, vertically movable footrests (6) provided anteriorly to and below the seat (2) so as to allow placing of the right and left feet of the user sitting on the seat (2), respectively, and so as to allow stepping motion thereof and a handle (40) provided anteriorly to the seat (2) so as to allow the user to grasp the same. The handle (40) is provided so that the user's hand can reciprocate in a given direction in conformity with the foot stepping motion of the user.
