PURPOSE: A heat sink and a light device including the same are provided to increase the life of the light device by dispersing the heat in the light emitting unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(120) includes a radiating plate and a radiating discharging unit. The heat discharging unit is formed in the heat discharging plate. The radiating unit passes through the heat discharging plate. The heat discharging unit includes a first radiating unit and a second radiating unit. A plurality of radiating plates are stacked to arrange the first radiating unit and the second radiating unit alternatively. The lighting device(100) includes a light emitting unit, the heat sink, and a body(130). The heat sink radiates the heat from the light emitting unit. The protrusion is formed in the body to supply the external air to the heat sink. |
