<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree-type broadcasting system, mode switching instructing method, broadcasting apparatus, and broadcast processing program capable of performing optimal topology control while effectively utilizing merits of a hybrid P2P based ALM control system and a pure P2P based ALM control system. <P>SOLUTION: In a tree-type broadcasting system formed by participation of a plurality of node devices, a broadcasting apparatus monitors a load situation of a server device. In a case where a monitor level of the load situation becomes a threshold or higher, switching instruction information for instructing switching from a hybrid P2P based ALM control system to a pure P2P based ALM control system is broadcast to the node devices so as to be sequentially transferred from an upper node device to a lower node device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
