<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject, to heat processing with high efficiency, the matters to be heated of various shapes, types and quantities which are stored in a heating chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A heat processing apparatus includes: the heating chamber 3 storing the matter to be heated 4; an induction heating means 1 for supplying micro-waves to the inside of the heating chamber 3; and an electromagnetic heating means 5 for supplying a high-frequency magnetic field to the inside of the heating chamber 3 through a magnetic field transmission section 7 on a metal wall surface of the heating chamber. In addition, the high-frequency magnetic field supplied by the electromagnetic induction heating means 5 minimizes the generation of high-frequency current 11 so that energy loss is suppressed by a long non-conductive section 12 provided in a radial direction from a center of a heating coil 6 toward the circumference in the magnetic field transmission section 7 on the metal wall surface of the heating chamber 3 in the structure of current generation via the heating coil 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
