PURPOSE: A paper pipe for rolling a film is provided to keep roundness of external paper uniform, thereby drastically reducing a transfer stain of the film. CONSTITUTION: A paper pipe(100) for rolling a film is configured by cylindrical inner paper(10) or an elastic layer. The elastic layer(20) is adhered to an outer surface of the inner paper in a columnar direction. Elastic members are laminated and connected to make the elastic layer. The elastic layer is an elastic member.
