PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing micro-fluids is provided to produce high flow rate with a specific structure within a channel for the generation of vortex flow. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mixing micro-fluids comprises a micro-fluid injector(10), micro-fluid mixer(20), and micro-fluid discharger(40). At least one micro-fluid injector is prepared. The micro-fluid mixer includes a second channel section having a cross-sectional flow area. The diameter of the smallest cross-sectional flow area in the second channel is 100μm. The micro-fluid mixers are formed at regular interval on the inner wall of the apparatus for mixing micro-fluids. The micro-fluid discharger is connected to the micro-fluid mixer.
