摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arc fillet welding of a thin steel sheet, which can improve the shape of weld toes and enhance the fatigue property of a welded joint even at a welding speed higher than 80 cm/min. SOLUTION: In gas shielded arc fillet welding of the steel sheet of 1.6-6 mm in thickness at the welding speed higher than 80 cm/min and lower than 150 cm/min using a solid wire, the steel sheet contains 0.001-0.15% C, 0.2-2.0% Si, 0.5-2.5% Mn and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities and has a strength of TS280-600 MPa class. The solid wire contains 0.03-0.15% C, 0.2-2.0 Si, 0.5-2.5% Mn, 0.5% or less Cu, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel sheet and the solid wire for arc welding are combined so as to satisfy the relation of (Si of the steel sheet+0.1×Si of the wire)≥0.32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
