<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device wherein the designability is improved, and a flexible member is easily adhered to the panel front surface of an input panel while improving visibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This input device includes: an input panel 3; a cover member 2 in which an opening 2a is formed on a main external surface 2b; a flexible member 4 having translucency unified with the cover member 2 in a state where the opening 2a is covered from the main external surface 2b side, and the whole external peripheral region of the cover member 2 is covered; and an adhesive layer 6 which is arranged on the same face as the main external surface 2b in the cover member 2 and adheres a panel front surface 3b of the input panel 3 and a flexible member 4.
