<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution which enhances the status of drilling and agitation equipment for soil improvement, provided with an anti-corotation blade. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this drilling and agitation equipment for soil improvement, a drilling blade and a rotary drilling and agitation blade are protrusively provided at the leading end of a rotating shaft; the anti-corotation blade is arranged in a U-shape around the rotating shaft; a resistance flange is protrusively provided on the outside of the longitudinal side of the anti-corotation blade; an agitation blade is protrusively provided inside the longitudinal side of the anti-corotation blade; and a short rotary agitation blade is protrusively provided between its vertical lateral sides.
