<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet for an automobile interior material having excellent sound absorption performance in a low frequency band of 1,000 to 1,600 Hz. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the foam sheet A for an automobile interior material, thermoplastic resin sheets 2, 2 are integrally laminated on both surfaces of a thermoplastic resin foam sheet 1 including a continuous bubbles layer 11 composed mainly of continuous bubbles, and hole parts 3 reaching the continuous bubbles layer 11 of the thermoplastic resin foam sheet 1 from the surface 2a of the thermoplastic resin sheet 2 are formed.
