PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the distributed arrangement of data necessary for each of a plurality of Web servers among data held by a database server in each Web server. SOLUTION: A user support system 20 includes: an order management device 300 for holding the master data of a plurality of users; a user support device 100 for holding the copy data of a part of those users; and a corresponding management device 200 for holding the corresponding information of the master data and the copy data. The user support device 100 transmits the copy data corresponding to the master data to the user terminal 700 in response to the reference request of the master data received from the user terminal 700. The corresponding management device 200 notifies the user support device 100 in which the copy data corresponding to the master data are held of the update of the master data in the order management device 300.
