摘要 This invention can solve such a problem of a prior art technique that the generation of blister or a lowering in compactness takes place when an ohmic electrode layer is formed as a part of an external electrode by baking of a resistive paste comprising ITO, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle in order to provide also a function as a resistive element to an external electrode in a stacked ceramic capacitor. At least one of Ni and Cu as a densification acceleration metal having the function of accelerating the densification of the sinter, and at least one of Mo, Cr, and Nb as a densification inhibiting metal having the function of inhibiting the densification are further incorporated in the resistive paste. Preferably, the composition ratio among ITO, the densification acceleration metal (Mp), and the densification inhibiting metal (Mc) (ITO, Mp, Mc) [vol%] is brought to fall within a region surrounded by ABCDE in Fig. 5.
