<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warn a driver who is liable to lose the sense of speed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A warning apparatus 1 has a camera 7 for imaging a view ahead of a vehicle, an analysis part 11 for analyzing at least either numerical elements of objects included in the view imaged by the camera 7 or visual elements of the view itself to determine a visual complexity of the view, a determination part 13 for determining whether or not the complexity is higher than a prescribed threshold complexity, and a display device 5 for outputting a warning if the determination part 13 determines that the complexity is not higher than the threshold complexity.
