<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus can ultrasonic wash at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: To the upper and lower surfaces of an edge part 31g of a washing tub 31, ultrasonic vibrators 67 and 68 are attached. The ultrasonic vibrator 67 abuts on the flange part 61 of a top cover 58 to transmit vibrations when a top cover 58 of the washing tub 31 is closed, and the ultrasonic vibrator 68 transmits the vibrations to the top cover 58 through the washing tub 31. The vibrations transmitted to the top cover 58 are transmitted to washing liquid 111 inside the washing tub 31 by the liquid contact surface 65.
