PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade driving device capable of securing a moving amount of a blade while maintaining miniaturization with simple structure. SOLUTION: The blade driving device 1 includes: a substrate 10 having an aperture 11; a blade 20 supported so that it can move to straight advance, adjusting opening amount of the aperture 11, and having engaging holes 23a and 23b; a driving member 30 turning in a prescribed range to drive the blade 20; an arm 32 provided on the driving member 30 and transmitting driving force of the driving member 30 to the blade 20; and driving pins 33a and 33b provided on the arm 32 and engaged with the engaging holes 23a and 23b respectively.
