<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen display method which is used for a network system and with which time required until reaching the operation screen of a facility terminal that a user wishes to operate when an event occurs, can shortened. <P>SOLUTION: An event identifier is added beforehand to event information generated by each facility terminal 1. A facility controller 2 stores the function of each facility terminal 1 beforehand, selects, when receiving the event information from the facility terminal 1, the function of the facility terminal 1 associated with the event information on the basis of the event identifier, and generates screen data to preferentially display display data corresponding to the selected function to display data corresponding to the other functions.
