PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source code template generator capable of reducing man-hour taken for creation of a template of a source code and man-hour in accordance with change of the template. SOLUTION: The source code template generator is provided with: a means for reading a prototype source code 101; a means for reading template conversion definition information 102 in which template conversion rules are defined; a means for retrieving a character string of the prototype source code 101 by regular expression defined in the template conversion rules; a parameter conversion part 104 for replacing the retrieved character string into a parameter defined in the template conversion rules; a means for applying all the template conversion rules by repeating retrieval and replacement; and a means for generating the replaced prototype source code 101 as a source code template 106.
