<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration device which has reduced pressure loss upon oxygen concentration and efficiently concentrates oxygen with a small amount of oxygen occlusion material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration device includes a honeycomb-shaped oxygen occlusion material in which a plurality of cells to form flow passages of fluid are divided and formed by partitions having as a principal component a ceramic material selectively occluding oxygen. In the oxygen concentration device, an oxygen-containing gas is fed into the oxygen occlusion member, oxygen is selectively occluded into the oxygen occlusion member, and the pressure at the inside of the oxygen occlusion member is reduced to 0.1 to 6.7 kPa, and the oxygen occluded into the oxygen occlusion member is desorbed to obtain an oxygen-concentrated gas.
