PURPOSE: A golf training device is provided, which enables a golfer to practice shot for various topographies using one mat. CONSTITUTION: A golf training device comprises a stand and a mat which is installed to set a golf ball in one side of the stand. The mat comprises: a fixing plate(20) in which plural penetration holes are punched in the upper side; a case of which upper part is blocked by a fixing plate; a movable plate(30) which is installed in the lower part of the fixing plate; a hinge shaft which is combined with the central lower part to support the movable plate; a movable plate adjustable member which is installed in the lower part of the movable plate; and a grass lawn member which is equipped in the movable plate top surface to be exposed to the outer side through the penetration hole(21) of the fixing plate. The movable plate adjustable member comprises a drive motor, a pinion gear, and a rack gear(41).
