PURPOSE: A heating system for saving fuel is provided to maintain the temperature of areas which are necessary for heating continuously and reduce heating cost of the areas which are necessary for heating. CONSTITUTION: A heating system(100) for saving fuel comprises a hot water supply part(110), a boiler device(120), and a plurality of pipe lines(130). The hot water supply part is reclaimed in a compost layer(112) in which microorganism composition for fermentation and moisture are put into sawdust. The hot water supply part has a water bath(116). The water bath absorbs the fermentation heat generated in the compost layer. The hot water supply part supplies the hot water by absorbing the fermentation heat through the water bath. The boiler device provides the hot water to a heated area(132). The pipe line is installed in the heated area. The hot water flows in the pipe line which is formed to increase the inner temperature of the heating area.
