<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold of a multi-cylinder engine capable of enhancing the dispersibility of a cooling liquid, eliminating eccentric cooling between the cylinders, and suppressing excessive cooling. <P>SOLUTION: Branched pipe parts 2a-2d which are communicated with a multi-cylinder engine and arranged in a substantially transverse manner in the cylinder row direction, and gathering parts 3a, 3b bundling these branched pipe parts 2a-2d are provided as an internal passage 4. A liquid cooling jacket 10 is arranged so as to surround a part except a non-jacket part 8 (a non-interference recess 8a) in an outer range of the internal passage 4. A cooling liquid introducing part 11 is provided on one of the vertical direction of the liquid cooling jacket 10, and a cooling liquid outgoing part 12 is connected to the other. The cooling liquid introducing part 11 and the liquid cooling jacket 10 are connected to each other via a horizontally branched distribution passage 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
