<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new outdoor illumination power source which has a long life and can irradiate a bright and beautiful light with less power consumption. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the LED illumination lamp, a light incident portion has a mirror finish and an incident loss into a transparent acrylic solid cone lens is controlled and a light outgoing surface has a compound eye lens and a cone portion has a mirror finish to raise a reflective efficiency and a light introducing portion is provided with a high luminance white color LED, and two conflicting properties of diffusion and condensation can be materialized.
