<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband feed circuit which operates over a wide frequency band, and to provide an antenna equipped with the broadband feed circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The broadband feed circuit includes: a reverse-surface conductor plate, provided almost in parallel with a top-surface conductor plate; a recessed short portion provided at a center part of the reverse-surface conductor plate; and a projection spot facing portion, provided at the center part of the short plate forming a bottom surface of the short portion.
