<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap mounting device capable of certainly mounting a plurality of caps at the same time or one cap independently at a high speed without damaging a microtube for pharmaceutical development. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cap mounting device is equipped with a push-down pin 110 for one row pushing down one row of the caps arranged on an arranging plate 180 toward the opening part of the microtube of a keeping plate at the same time, a plate table 142 for holding the keeping plate and the arranging plate in a superposed state, an X-axis actuator 140 for moving the plate table in an X-axis direction, a push-down pin 132 for one section independently pushing down one of the caps arranged on the arranging plate toward the opening part of the microtube, a lift actuator 150 for moving the push-down pin for one row and the push-down pin for one section up and down and a Y-axis actuator 160 for moving the push-down pin for one section in a Y-axis direction.
