<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to knead the body which can prevent a kneading efficiency from becoming low, in evaluating the fluidity of the body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A body kneading method comprises (a) the process of measuring a quantity of state relative to the rotary motion of a stirring impeller 3 while kneading the body C by the stirring impeller 3 to be rotated by a mixer 6, (b) the process of identifying parameters which constitute a motion equation representing the rotary motion of the stirring impeller 3, based on the actual measurements of the quantity of state, and (c) the process of evaluating the fluidity of the body C in the process of kneading, based on the identification value of the parameters.
