<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive filter device that controls a center frequency and a bandwidth independently. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The superconductive filter device (10) having filter characteristics for high-frequency electric signals includes a dielectric substrate (11) having a first principal surface and a second principal surface, a resonator pattern (12) formed on the first principal surface of the dielectric substrate and containing a superconductor material, a ground layer (14) formed on the second principal surface of the dielectric substrate and having an opening (14a), first adjusting members (20, 23) disposed on the first principal surface side apart from the resonator pattern and adjusting the filter characteristics, and second adjusting members (25, 26) provided at the opening position of the ground layer on the second principal surface side and adjusting the filter characteristics.
