PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate or add a cascade-connected radio device. SOLUTION: An identifier insertion means 1a of a radio control device 1 inserts an identifier for recognizing a connection relationship of cascade-connected multiple radio devices 2a, 2b, ..., 2n in a frame. A transmission means 1b transmits the frame in which the identifier is inserted to the radio device 2a. A connection relationship recognizing means 2ab of the radio device 2a recognizes the connection relationship of the radio device 2a in the cascade-connected multiple radio devices 2a, 2b, ..., 2n based on the identifier of the received frame. A transmission means 2ac adds "1" to the identifier of the received frame, and transmits it to the cascade-connected downward radio device 2b. A connection relationship recognizing means 1d of the radio control device 1 recognizes the connection relationship of the cascade-connected multiple radio devices 2a, 2b, ..., 2n based on the identifier of the frame received from the radio device 2a.
