The invention relates to a lamp, comprising a housing bottom (1) and a housing top (2), wherein the housing top (2) has at least one light emitting opening (13), wherein the housing bottom (1) has a groove (8) along the longitudinal extension thereof in the inner bottom region, particularly in the center relative to the width of the bottom region, a printed circuit board (9) that has illumination means (11),particularly light emitting diodes, disposed thereon in an equidistant and electrically interconnected manner being inserted into said groove. The invention further relates to a system comprising such a lamp and a wall fastening rail, the wall fastening rail comprising two rail elements, wherein a first rail element can be fastened to the outer base of the lamp and has a convex/concave connecting region, which has a cross-section in the shape of a pitch circle perpendicular to the longitudinal extension, and wherein a second rail element can be fastened to a wall and has a corresponding concave/convex connecting region, which has a cross-section in the shape of a pitch circle perpendicular to the longitudinal extension, wherein the rail elements are connected to each other at the connecting regions and can be rotated relative to each other about an axis parallel to the longitudinal extension, at least in partial sections.
